Terms of use

Creative Arena (creativearena.dev) compares AI-generated images through blind voting and publishes results based on those votes. It is operated by Kyle Pomykala, an individual based in the United States. Questions go to the contact address in the privacy policy. These terms govern use of the site; the privacy policy explains how personal data is handled.

Your account

Fair voting and use

Don't:

Access may be restricted or ended, and votes removed, for breaches of these terms, abuse or legal requirements.

Your votes

To the extent you hold rights in your votes, you grant Kyle Pomykala, as the operator of Creative Arena, a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, distribute and sublicense them to run the site and create the datasets described in the privacy policy. This license doesn't waive data-protection rights or allow uses contrary to the privacy policy or the law.

Closing your account doesn't by itself end permission to use your votes. They may stay grouped together, count in the rankings and be included in licensed datasets for up to five years after the account closes. Erasure and objection rights still apply, including to data already shared.

Images and results

Images are generated by AI models and may contain errors or unsuitable content. Model names and trademarks belong to their owners, and showing a model's output doesn't imply endorsement by its maker. Rankings describe votes cast on this site and aren't a guarantee of a model's performance.

Changes

The site may change, pause or close, and these terms may change. Any notice or agreement the law requires will be provided or obtained.

Warranty and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided as is and as available, without warranties about its accuracy, availability or suitability for a particular purpose, and Kyle Pomykala is not liable for losses arising from use of the site, inability to use it, or loss of data.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that can't lawfully be excluded or limited. These terms don't affect mandatory consumer rights or rights under data-protection law.
